Mendeecees Harris crossed a major finish line this week. The entrepreneur officially closed all five luxury homes in the Harris Estate project, and one of them is now his personal residence.
Harris shared the milestone on Instagram, writing: “From the very beginning, you all have been on this journey with me, and I can’t thank you enough for following along as I built these five luxury homes. Today, I’m beyond excited because we are closing them out. yes, all of them! And of course, one of them is mine.”
The post pulled in over 26,000 likes. His followers have clearly been riding along with this build from the very start.
The Harris Estate project ran for 8 to 10 months. Harris called the experience a journey “filled with so many moments of growth, learning, and determination.” Real-estate development is a grind. Permits, contractors, timelines, costs – none of it is easy. Getting five luxury homes across the finish line in under a year takes serious focus. Harris delivered on all five.
Harris has been vocal about building his real-estate portfolio for a while now. The Harris Estate is the biggest milestone yet. Five homes, multiple closings, a project nearly a full year in the making. That resume line speaks for itself.
A big part of the success came from his partnership with Delphine Bryant. Harris described the collaboration as “simply amazing” in his Instagram caption. The two built the project together from the ground up. Harris made a point of naming Bryant publicly in his post. A good business partner deserves that kind of credit.
Harris also shared something personal. He had originally planned to keep the reveal of his own home private for his kids and family first. But the excitement was too much to hold back. He explained in the post: “I was going to keep my personal home reveal private for just my kids and family first, but I couldn’t wait any longer to share the progress.” That’s a sweet detail. One of those luxury homes is now his family’s address.
The bigger news is what’s coming next. Harris wrote in his caption: “Together, we have about 15 more houses to close out this year, and there are 12 more lots coming.” That’s 27 more properties heading toward completion by 2027. The Harris Estate was the first chapter. The next one is already in motion.
He wrapped his post with genuine excitement: “I’m so excited for the rest of 2026 and 2027. Thank you all for being with me on this journey! This is just the beginning!”
He tagged the post #GodIsGood, #Blessed, #Newchapter, and #Newbeginning. He built this from scratch over nearly a year. Every one of those hashtags feels earned.
Stories like this deserve the spotlight. A determined entrepreneur. A winning business partnership. A brand-new family home for his kids. More than 26,000 people hit like on that announcement. They see it too.
Mendeecees Harris is building something real. His 2027 pipeline is already full. The best is still ahead.
